With our design retainer service, you get the VIP treatment to keep your visuals on brand, including everything from monthly website updates to custom graphics for launching and everything in between.
At the beginning of each month, we meet with you to discuss what's on the horizon for the month. Need help with social media graphics? We've got you covered. Launching a new course and need some workbooks? We've got that, too. We understand design needs change from month to month!

Notion is our bread and butter; it's how all of our projects stay on track. With the design retainer, you'll get access to a private Notion board where we can communicate and plan out all of your needs each month, receive feedback, upload drafts, and more.
The best part about our design retainer? All your design requests are put on the fast track and you'll receive them within 72 business hours. Plus, you can use your monthly hours to receive as many rounds of edits as you need!

Because this service has a three-month commitment, we'll rinse and repeat steps three through six each month! At the end, you'll have the option to continue working with us if needed.

Once each task is completed and a new design is made, we'll send it your way for review. If edits are needed, we can continuously edit using your monthly allotted hours.

Hey, I’m Jessie! I wear many hats at Inkpot Creative, including as project manager and web developer. KP designs, and I bring that design to life in a website platform!
I also handle the logistics of bringing your vision to life so that you can succeed in your own way. I’ve always been interested in helping people (psych major over here 👋🏻). At Inkpot Creative, I love guiding clients through projects so they’re always in the loop and feel confident in our work. Even if KP’s website design is unexpected, your client experience should be super predictable!

Hey, I’m KP, the designer and founder behind Inkpot Creative! (See how I hid my initials in my biz name?) As a designer, I love to bring unexpected moments to make sites that are fun for visitors and effective marketing tools for our clients.
My journey started a little more analogue in book publishing, but I quickly found that websites have more possibilities for interactive elements… they’re basically like digital books that you can add even MORE elements of surprise to. That drive to combine a unique and colorful user experience with effective design led me to start Inkpot Creative.

No worries! While this service includes 10 hours, we will keep you up to date with how many hours we are at throughout the month. You will have the option to add extra hours at $100/hour as a design retainer client.

Because of the nature of this service, payment is due in full at the beginning of each month before we begin working.
Though we specialize in Showit websites, we also build sites on WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify, so we can provide edits on any of those platforms.
