With our design retainer service, you get the VIP treatment to keep your visuals on brand, including everything from monthly website updates to custom graphics for launching and everything in between.
At the beginning of each month, we meet with you to discuss what's on the horizon for the month. Need help with social media graphics? We've got you covered. Launching a new course and need some workbooks? We've got that, too. We understand design needs change from month to month!
Notion is our bread and butter; it's how all of our projects stay on track. With the design retainer, you'll get access to a private Notion board where we can communicate and plan out all of your needs each month, receive feedback, upload drafts, and more.
The best part about our design retainer? All your design requests are put on the fast track and you'll receive them within 72 business hours. Plus, you can use your monthly hours to receive as many rounds of edits as you need!
10 hours of our time each month will be allotted to you and your design needs. Note that hours do not roll over from month to month.
Majority of your design requests will be completed within 72 hours (unless a BIG request is made - this may require extra time)

Because this service has a three-month commitment, we'll rinse and repeat steps three through six each month! At the end, you'll have the option to continue working with us if needed.
Once each task is completed and a new design is made, we'll send it your way for review. If edits are needed, we can continuously edit using your monthly allotted hours.
Next, we'll get designing whatever you need. As new design requests come up for you throughout the month, just pop them into the Notion board and we'll get to work!
Depending on your needs for the month, we may upload a few tasks for you on Notion, such as providing copy, logins, or anything else along those lines so we can effectively design.
We'll kick it off with our first monthly call so we can discuss what you'll be needing designed for the upcoming month, whether it's a new course launch, website edits, or something else.
After signing your contract & paying the first invoice, you’ll be added to a Notion project dashboard to start prepping for your project.

Our process officially starts when you inquire and reach out using our contact form.
From there, we’ll reach out either with a proposal or a link to book a call so we can chat & see if we’d be a good fit!

My journey started a little more analogue in book publishing, but I quickly found that websites have more possibilities for interactive elements… they’re basically like digital books that you can add even MORE elements of surprise to. No worries! While this service includes 10 hours, we will keep you up to date with how many hours we are at throughout the month. You will have the option to add extra hours at $100/hour as a design retainer client.

Because of the nature of this service, payment is due in full at the beginning of each month before we begin working.
Though we specialize in Showit websites, we also build sites on WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify, so we can provide edits on any of those platforms.
