Are you an entrepreneur with a creative flair looking to build a professional website that stands out from the crowd? You’ve found the ultimate post of the best standout websites for creatives.

Well we’ve got good news! With all the amazing websites available today, you don’t need to be a master coder or code wizard to create something eye-catching and unique.

In this blog post, we’ll take you through 13 standout websites for creatives who wanted their designs and branding to be different from the rest of their industry.

Jenni Chapman Photography

Four ipads have a photographer website pulled up.

Jenni (she/they) is a talented queer creative shaking up the photography industry with the Queer Soul Experience – an innovative offering featuring podcasting, a book, and photoshoots. An inspiring Californian trailblazer, Jenni needed to have one of the most stand-out websites.

Jenni’s website was simply “fine” design-wise but sorely lacked a professional finish and mobile optimization – two crucial elements of modern web presence. We were ready to take on the challenge, of transforming her site into something much more polished, on-brand, and responsive!

Jenni’s new website is a visual masterpiece! With the switch to Showit, it wows viewers with its eye-catching imagery and encourages them to keep scrolling until they hit that contact button.

MADE Tattoo & Mercantile

A person holds a cell phone with a tattoo shop site pulled up.

MADÉ Tattoo & Mercantile is an oasis of calm amidst the typical chaotic landscape in tattoo shops. The founder crafted a safe and peaceful environment, allowing those getting tattoos to truly relax during their experience – no hard rock music necessary!

When Chloe connected with us, she already had a thriving business but saw the potential for even more success. She wanted to give her studio’s artists and creations an online platform.

With just one day and our Clarke Showit template, we created an online version of the IRL shop that’s truly striking. From its delicate movements to unique arch shapes inspired by actual decor in the store, this website design really packs a punch — especially when you check out the fun GIF logo!

A Lost Epic

Cell phones are laid out with a videographer site pulled up.

Leah, the talented videographer of A Lost Epic, knows exactly how to capture love in film. To take her brand and website to even higher heights, she tapped into our combo package created with fellow designer Bethany Works®.

When Leah first reached out, she was ready to make the big switch from her old website platform over to Showit. Little did she know that transitioning would be incredibly intuitive and easy!

But with a goal of wanting amazing user experience for visitors too, Leah knew it required more than just moving platforms—she wanted an entire level-up in branding and design as well. Through our custom brand & web services package, we could give this entrepreneur exactly what she needed for a truly elevated client experience online!

With the goal of making her website stand out from all others, we strived for an elegant yet romantic design. We achieved this with subtle thin lines to draw attention and playfully eye-catching parallax imagery that brings energy without relying too heavily on video.

Be Here Wellness & Counseling

Ipads have a therapist website pulled up.

Brooke, the incredible therapist at Be Here Wellness & Counseling, chose to embrace a new look through our unique partnership with Bethany Works®. Throughout the project, she received a brand new brand and website that truly is built to stand out from the sea of same online.

Brooke made an incredible investment in herself and her business with our custom package, elevating both by also booking new custom photography. Bethany Works took 4-5 weeks to work their strategic magic on the branding while Inkpot finished it off seamlessly, creating a website that propelled this already established practice into a new orbit!

We had the honor of creating something totally unique for Brooke, and her appreciation really shined through. She especially loved our 24-hour support – it made her feel comfortable to ask questions without judgment or feeling embarrassed about not knowing all things tech related! Plus, she said having us weigh in on content decisions gave her extra confidence when making final choices.

Francesca Lee Photography

Francesca is an NYC photographer who recently took her business to the next level with a stunning new website, designed and crafted by yours truly. Her new signature style of branding – bold yet editorial shots expertly balanced against pops of vibrant colors – complete this standout aesthetic that’s sure to make waves in New York’s crowded art scene!

With an existing website and some customization, Francesca had her foot in the online door – but she craved something more. Her experience with visitors wasn’t as clear-cut; it lacked a certain finesse to reflect the care and quality of service that she gives her clients.

To level up the website, we focused heavily on three main strategic points: using pops of color to inspire action, having linear elements in a dynamic design, and leaning into editorial inspiration.

Sara Bishop Photography

Ipads have a bright photographer website.

Sara Bishop (Bish) offers a taste of the Arizona sun with her wedding and lifestyle/portrait photography services, having brightened up life for folks ever since stepping into business in the early 2000s.

We got together to craft something especially unique – including with our VIP branding day experience that’s now retired – as well as creating an exclusive website design tailored just for Bish.

The result? Let’s just say it far exceeds what anyone was expecting: a luxuriously stylish feel radiating from both the branding and website alike!

Bish’s website gleams with an air of sophistication and class while still providing a playful twist! There are also delightful visuals – from GIFs to videos – that take the user on a vibrant journey.

Tiffany Lantz Photography

Tiffany is an awesome Pennsylvania-based photographer capturing life with true, vibrant flair. She wanted to make her website equally captivating and knew she’d found the perfect partner in us to help bring it all together!

Tiff knew her website was missing something. Something… more professional! With Squarespace’s limited design capabilities, even the most ambitious DIYers reach a dead end with their own sites.

Fortunately for Tiff, she heard about Showit and its dynamic design tools – it sounded like just what she needed to take her from homemade-looking site to one that screams professionalism and playfulness.

Eilish Bailey Photography

Two ipads and two phones show a rock and roll inspired website design.

Eilish Bailey is a Virginia-based photographer that’s more than just your average shutterbug! With an eye for capturing unforgettable moments and enough edge to be set apart from other photogs, Eilish creates images with unique character.

Eilish’s site wasn’t doing what she wanted it to when she first reached out; it wasn’t showing off her style and truly representing this talented entrepreneur. But after an intensive work with us, that changed! She swapped out the designs for something as unique and standout as she is – so now her online presence sparkles like never before.

Brandcendent

A copywriter website is displayed on an ipad.

Brandcendent is a powerhouse coaching and copywriting business that’s run by the dynamic duo of Steph (she/they) and Theo (they/them). They had a website designed on Showit already but were ready to bring it to the next level.

This project went above and beyond when it comes to creating a truly unique website. Not only did we strive for uniqueness, but also integrated interactive elements like hover effects and clickable canvases which add an extra bit of pizzazz that makes scrolling even more fun! Plus, with parallax imagery added in there’s plenty movement on each page just waiting to be discovered.

Max Catterson Photography

A laptop, ipad, and iphone have a colorful photography site displayed.

Max Catterson, an Indianapolis-based photographer, was ready to create a website that spoke volumes about his work. He sought out something special that would make potential clients sit up and take notice – he wanted them drawn in by his vibrant photographs!

Max had a website that was doing its job, but it wasn’t living up to its full potential. He sought out an experienced designer who could inject his unique personality into the site as well as bring to life his new branding and promote inclusivity.

Max’s new website is guaranteed to make your mouth water! The upgraded site invites visitors in for an unforgettable experience, enough to keep them exploring until they are ready to reach out.

Kylee B Photography

Ipads display a colorful retro photography website.

Meet Kylee, a Pennsylvania-based photographer bursting with passion and personality. She specializes in weddings – think colorfully magical memories that you can keep forever! With the perfect mix of vintage vibes and a sharp approach, this website has dream clients glued until they are ready to take action.

Before signing up to collaborate with us, Kylee had already taken the initial steps to create an impressive website for her business. However, as she explained it, it wasn’t fully sharing her service’s details in a way that made sense for her clients. With that goal in mind we worked together – refining and revamping so visitors could easily find out exactly how amazing Kylee’s work really is!

KEALA Co

An ipad is laid next to an open booklet on a green couch.

Jennifer Olsson, a savvy coach and entrepreneur, recently launched Keala Co – her very own business venture. Entertaining the idea of expanding beyond Instagram as an avenue for sales, she decided to take things up a notch by creating a website that will surely dazzle with her offerings!

Jennifer was ready to take her business up a notch, and with our Callie Template from the shop, we helped that happen! What resulted is an impressive website combining both visual balance AND text-friendly elements. Visitors will be wow’d by what they see – plus have no trouble skimming through it quickly too.

Liz Brindley

A vibrant coach website is displayed on ipads.

Liz Brindley (she/her) is a multi-talented illustrator and creative coach extraordinaire! After changing her business name from Prints & Plants to Liz Brindley, she was back in our studio for a website makeover. With an eye for design and the knowhow to match it with personality, we were pumped to work on this project with Liz.

Liz came to us with a website that was all too familiar, because many of our clients come to us the same – it was full of uniformity and lacking individuality. Working with us, we took up the challenge to craft something custom-tailored!

Our goal? Increase clarity between her illustration and coaching services by utilizing distinct color palettes: blue/yellow for coaching; pink/green for illustrations.

Well, there you have it! Now you know all about these standout websites for creatives.
